Nicky is a fully qualified Modern Pilates Instructor. Modern Pilates is at the forefront of developing Pilates for the 21st century. Modern Pilates combines the latest research in Sport Science and Physiotherapy to develop the traditional Pilates moves. Many of the orginal Pilates moves are not suitable for people with back and disc problems, arthiritis and people who need to work on the postural alignment. Let Nicky develop a personal Pilates programme specifically for you. Alternatively attend one of Nicky's classes and have each move adapted with you in mind.

After 1 class you will notice, after 10 other people will notice the difference, after 30 sessions, you will feel a whole new you.

A fantastic complement to sports such as cycling, golf, and tennis.
 
 

We end each class with a relaxation session to leave you feeling calm and relaxed.
 



Core Health  Pilates Classes are
Thursday nights, 8.30 pm.
Starting June 10th 2010.
Price £24.00 for 6 week course, £25.00 if paying by cheque.
Or £6.00 to pay for each session 
individually.

in the privacy of your own home.
£40.00 for a one off, or pay for four or more in advance for a reduction in price to £35.00 per session.
