| I have taken Pilates classes for several years and have found Nicky's to be the most fun and the most challenging. However, you can work at your own pace and I would thoroughly recommend the class to anyone, whatever the motivation. |

I have been attending classes with Nicky for many years and she has really helped me to build core strength and fitness after suffering with a series of back problems. My improved stamina also enabled me to complete a recent Triathlon! Nicky's classes are fun and instructive as she is dedicated and passionate about her subject. You are a great teacher - thanks Nicky - we will miss you  |

Been doing Nicky’s Pilates class at the gym every Thursday for nearly 2 years. I’ve suffered from sciatica for a long time and Nicky has given me great advice on which exercises will strengthen my core and which ones I should avoid – she explains the reasons really clearly – something none of the specialists or physios have ever done!!! My shape has definitely changed (for the better!) and my balance is loads better - I only hope I can keep it up! Her classes are always varied and she gets ‘hands on’ with people to make sure their technique is right – her class is always full – she’s so popular!
You’ll be missed Nicky!!!

I only started Nicky's pilates class 8 months ago but quickly found improvements in my (previously really bad!)posture, balance and tone. Nicky's classes are challenging rather than lying on the floor and breathing so you do see results. The classes also allow you to progress to more advanced versions of the exercises over time, which along with Nicky's obvious passion for pilates and making the effort to get to know everyone in the class keeps everyone coming back week after week.
Now that I've said nice things...please can we not do the quad lengthening exercises on Thursday!!!  |
